If you've ever bought clothes or groceries online, you already know how this works! It's simple, and can be done in easy steps.

• Book it online: Start by browsing the huge variety of cars listed here. Use our Car Finder to help you narrow it down as per the style, brand or colour of your choice. When you find that perfect car, you can check out its features, see the pictures, and look at the car from every angle with the 360 view. You can then go ahead and reserve the CARS24 Certified Cars (CARS24 Prime, CARS24 Lite) & the ‘Private Seller PRO’ cars by paying a nominal refundable fee. For the other ‘Private Seller’ cars, make the seller an offer they can’t refuse.
• View or Test drive it: Check out the car, go on a drive, and decide if you’re satisfied with the quality and whether you want to buy it. If you don’t, the promised amount gets refunded. Test Drive Options Available
  • CARS24 Certified Cars (CARS24 Prime & CARS24 Lite) - In Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, you can test drive the car at home. You can also test drive the car at a CARS24 hub in Dubai & Abu Dhabi.
  • Private Seller PRO cars- are available for test drive at the CARS24 Hub in Dubai.
  • Private Seller cars- are available for test drive at the seller’s premises.
• Payment and delivery: If you want to make this car yours, complete the payment. We will assist you with the paperwork so we can transfer the ownership to you. Your presence may be required at the RTA centre for registration. The car is then delivered to your home OR you can choose to pick it up from the nearest CARS24 Hub. You now have a new car. Congratulations!
• 7 day trial or full refund: While we’re sure that you will love the car, we give you 7 full days to drive it, test it to your heart’s content. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund of the car price, no questions asked! This policy is ONLY applicable for CARS24 Certified Cars (CARS24 Prime, CARS24 Lite).

Each one of our CARS24 Prime & CARS24 Lite cars has passed a 150+ point technical inspection and an RTA check. The CARS24 Prime cars are refurbished to the best-in-class quality standards for pre-owned cars, and CARS24 Lite cars are refurbished to RTA standards. They even come with a free base warranty of upto a max of 6 months or 10,000 Kms, whichever is earlier. In addition, you have the option to purchase upto 24 months extended warranty.
The ‘Private Seller’ & ‘Private Seller PRO’ cars go through a 120-150+ checkpoint inspection ensuring they have valid documents & a comprehensive condition report for your perusal. However, since these are not owned & maintained by CARS24 , they are not CARS24 certified.

Yes! CARS24 will assist you with finance options for your car purchase through our partnered banks and other financial providers. Our Relationship Manager will coordinate with you post-booking and assist in applying for finance on your behalf. Do note however, financing approval depends on the banks' terms and conditions as well as your loan eligibility.

You will need the following documents at the time of purchase:
For Full Payment:

• Emirates ID
• Passport and valid residence visa
• Driving License

For Financing:

• Emirates ID
• Passport and valid residence visa - 6 Months validity
• Driving License
• Salary Certificate (if salaried)
• 3 months bank statement (if salaried)
• 6 months Company's bank statement (if self-employed)
• Trade License (if self-employed)
• MOU or Board Resolution (if self-employed)

If anything additional is needed as per the RTA norms or Bank requirements, our team will contact you and inform you what is required.

Here’s how this works: (Applicable only for CARS24 Certified Cars (CARS24 Prime, CARS24 Lite):

• Select the car of your choice and buy it from CARS24
• Once you get your car, you can test-own it for up to a week. Test drive it in different ways, see if your family fits in it comfortably, load up the boot with luggage or shopping. Basically, do whatever it takes to check that this is the perfect car for you. But be careful, ensure that it remains in the same condition that it was delivered to you in.
• If you’re not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, simply email us (care.uae@cars24.com) within 7 days of your delivery date.
• Our team will do a quick check to ensure that the car is in the same condition as it was during delivery, and begin the return process.
• Once all details are verified, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

That’s a good question! We’ve taken utmost care to make sure that this will not be the case - each car listed on the platform goes through rigorous testing and inspection. In any case, you don’t need to worry - all our cars come with a complimentary service warranty of upto 6 months or 10,000 Kms, whichever comes earlier, so you can get it repaired from our authorized partners. In addition, you have the option to purchase upto 24 months extended warranty.
