Ford cars 2025

Ford entered the Indian car market in 1995, with a tie-up with Mahindra to sell its first-ever car for India - the Ford Escort. However, it didn’t get much success until the launch of the Ikon. Ford’s success streak in India continued with models like the EcoSport, Figo, and Fiesta. Known for their robust build quality and engaging driving dynamics, Ford cars garnered a loyal customer base. However, in 2021, Ford ceased local manufacturing operations in India. Now, in 2025, Ford could re-enter the Indian market with a lineup that includes the Everest, the all-electric Mustang Mach-E, and the new-generation Endeavour.

Ford's anticipated return to India in 2025 could witness the launch of three new vehicles. The Ford Everest, a full-size SUV, should offer a mix of luxury and great off-road capability. The new-generation Endeavour, which will be based on the Everest, should be seen continuing its legacy with more features and a more modern design. Meanwhile, the Mustang Mach-E will mark Ford's foray into the Indian electric vehicle market.
