The Skoda Enyaq iV is an all-electric SUV that has been spotted testing in India many times. Also, the carmaker has been quite vocal about it being an upcoming launch. As Skoda's first electric offering in the country, the Enyaq iV is expected to arrive as a premium alternative to other electric SUVs. Built on Volkswagen's MEB platform, it offers a spacious cabin, high-tech features, and an impressive range. Skoda India is likely to introduce the Enyaq as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) initially. However, local assembly is possible in the future in case of high demand. Competing with the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6, the Skoda Enyaq launch in India could happen in late 2025. It will bring a mix of European design and VW’s globally successful EV technology. With a range exceeding 500 km per charge, a luxurious interior, and advanced driver-assistance features, the Skoda Enyaq should strengthen the brand’s presence in the premium electric vehicle segment.
