The Skoda Kylaq is well-regarded for its excellent drivability, comfort, and handling, making it suitable for both city and highway use. Reviewers appreciate its refined engine and competitive pricing, highlighting its value for money. However, some users feel it lacks modern features like a sunroof and 360-degree camera, and a few consider it slightly expensive compared to competitors. Concerns also arise regarding the AC touch panel's usability and the quality of interior materials.

I would say of all the cars on sale in India now, for me Skoda Kylaq is the favorite, and that is why even I bought this car. Skoda Kylaq is a perfect blend of practicality, features and drive experience, combined with the value for money quotient. According to me, Skoda has really taken care of giving necessary features under an affordable category, with competitive pricing to other brands in this category. So, under a decent budget, you are getting a German engineered vehicle, with really good drive experience, which was not possible few decades back. So with the introduction of Kylaq, Skoda has entered the affordable mid SUV segment. After owning the vehicle for almost 6 months now, I can personally say buying Kylaq was the best decision while choosing a car for my needs. The fact that they are making almost all parts of this vehicle in India itself is really a game changing move, as this could bring down the service costs of the vehicle as well, which was a major repulsive factor among the Indians in owning a Skoda car. Pros: 1)Good Drivability and Handling 2)Suitable for city drives and highways 3)Has almost all basic features(Seat ventilation, Hill hold, paddle shif
Recently, I drove the Skoda Kylaq, and it was the best experience I had on the road. The showroom was really great, giving me a 20-km test drive to get to know the car well. It's a well-refined engine with less NVH and of all the DSG gearboxes that I have tried - this one was very well tuned. The car suspensions were perfect for the Mumbai roads and the car had zero body roll. The car didn't have the modern sunroof or 360 camera setup but it had the perfection of drive that an enthusiast needs. I fell in love with the car but feel it to be a tad bit expensive.
Most favorite car is the Skoda Kylaq because its is fun to drive and skoda has got it correct in all aspects and its a car that appeals to me. Drive quality and comfort, amazing high-speed stability. On a Jaipur–Bangalore trip, the automatic achieved 17 kmpl on highways with AC on and luggage loaded
