It was good that I could sell my car in a single visit. However, I had to wait for almost 6 hours to complete all the procedures. Car inspection was good. Payment was also instant.

The sales representatives were very cooperative and kind. I got a good value of my car. But the company's policy to transfer the car value after 3/4 working days is entirely wrong. When we have physically handed over the car and ORIGINAL RC,then why should we wait for 4 working days for the amount to be transferred in our account. Moreover , the transaction is IMPS, which is instant. And if it doesnt , then we as a lay man will follow up with the company. Is it correct????? And moreover, if suppose I buy a car from Cars 24, then will the company allow me to take physical possession of the car first , and then pay them the amount after 4 days???...

I visited Velachery cars24. Manikandan and his team very great. Busy bunch of people. They were spot on and clearly explained the process. Impressed with process. What we hear in the advertisement is true. I sold my car the same day and funds received on the same day.

Sold my Palio Stile 1.6. Very smooth & hassle free process. No Jhik Jhuk like traditional shops. Team very polite. Price offered was slightly on lower side then expectation. You can keep one templatised process flow in sales executive table like a single page Menu card of a restaurant. Will help ease explanation of process. Overall am happy.

Selling my Alto 800 is very easy than what I expected. I would appreciate the services. Good place to sell any cars. Inspection also very informative. Auction completed within 20 mins
