Over all good experience

The experience was all good, I liked their car value calculator service. However, cars24 should make sure that their dealers explain customers in advance that the price of the car reduces at every auction. The old car valuation was run in the 1st auction when our RC still had the bank's name written on it. Later, we got our RC renewed without bank name and then ran an auction, which resulted in a difference of 40,000 after 2 months. So it was disturbing to sell our car at a price 40,000 less than the price given in the first auction.
