You can then go ahead and reserve the CARS24 Certified Cars (CARS24 Prime, CARS24 Lite) & the ‘Private Seller PRO’ cars by paying a nominal refundable fee. For the other ‘Private Seller’ cars, make the seller an offer they can’t refuse.
- View or Test drive it: Check out the car, go on a drive, and decide if you’re satisfied with the quality and whether you want to buy it. If you don’t, the promised amount gets refunded. Test Drive Options Available
- CARS24 Certified Cars (CARS24 Prime & CARS24 Lite) - In Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, you can test drive the car at home. You can also test drive the car at a CARS24 hub in Dubai & Abu Dhabi.
- Private Seller PRO cars- are available for test drive at the CARS24 Hub in Dubai.
- Private Seller cars- are available for test drive at the seller’s premises.
- Payment and delivery: If you want to make this car yours, complete the payment. We will assist you with the paperwork so we can transfer the ownership to you. Your presence may be required at the RTA centre for registration. The car is then delivered to your home OR you can choose to pick it up from the nearest CARS24 Hub. You now have a new car. Congratulations!
- 7 day trial or full refund: While we’re sure that you will love the car, we give you 7 full days to drive it, test it to your heart’s content. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund of the car price, no questions asked! This policy is ONLY applicable for CARS24 Certified Cars (CARS24 Prime, CARS24 Lite).
