We don’t expect many customers to use this option. We have built it to hold ourselves accountable for the quality of the cars we deliver and to give you complete peace of mind when you buy from us.
A few simple conditions
To keep it fair for everyone
The return must be requested by the original buyer.
The car must not be driven more than 999 km during the 30 days.
It must be returned in the same condition (normal wear is okay).
The car must not have been in an accident, modified or damaged.
All keys, documents and accessories provided at delivery should be returned.
It should be returned to us at our hub.
Refund Timelines
Refund processed within 3–4 business days.
Loan cancellation may take 25–30 business days, depending on your banks’ timelines.
Costs & Deductions
We want to keep things fair and transparent. Here’s what may apply:
Flat ₹10,000 if pending; higher if already transferred.
Interest, foreclosure charges, or loan processing fees. (If applicable)
FASTag, starter kit, detailing, dash cam, tyre inflator, or add-ons fitted at sale.
