You probably saw our lifetime warranty and wondered how that’s even possible.
It’s a fair question, almost nothing comes with a lifetime promise. We are able to make it because these are Cars24-owned cars, chosen carefully, inspected deeply and prepared as if we were buying them for ourselves. We know what usually goes wrong, what holds up over time and what is worth standing behind. The lifetime part matters because it means we don’t disappear after the sale. If you buy a car from us, we are with you, not just at purchase, but for the long run.

Frequently asked questions

Having trouble finding what you need? Got questions? Just tap the contact us button to reach out directly!

Lifetime Warranty protects the most important mechanical parts of your car, the ones that determine whether it can actually move and cost the most to repair.

  • Engine Components:
This includes everything that makes your engine run: the engine block, crankshaft, pistons, camshaft, valves, oil pump, water pump and related parts that are essential for engine performance.
  • Transmission Components:
All the major mechanical parts inside the transmission system are covered  like input and output shafts, gear sets, synchromesh hubs, bearings and more,  the parts that control how power goes from your engine to your wheels.
  • Drivetrain Components:
The systems that connect your engine and transmission to the wheels are also included. This means differential housings, drive axles, transfer case housing, propeller shaft, universal joints and other critical drivetrain parts.

Because failures here determine whether the car is usable and represent the highest repair costs.

Up to 12 years or 1,50,000 kms, whichever comes first.

Service the car every six months or 7,500 km at any authorised service centre and keep records.

You raise a claim. The vehicle is inspected. Approved repairs are done at certified workshops using OEM or equivalent parts.

No. It’s optional protection for buyers who prefer quantified risk over uncertainty.
