Thorough and helpful evaluation
During the evaluation, the executive found an old challan from 2021 that I had no memory of. Cars24 settled the 1,500 rupees charge before handover and updated the app with a challan-free status. Without this check, I would have sold the car with an unresolved challan. I'm genuinely thankful for their thoroughness.
