Hassle-free car selling experience
My car was mostly parked and not in use, and Cars24 helped me sell it without any hassle. The best part is they take all responsibility on your behalf, making the process very convenient for me.

Professional and clear car selling experience
Before selling my car, I explored various options, but Cars24 gave me the best overall value. Communication was clear and concise, making the process feel like a professional service rather than a typical car sale. I'm very satisfied with my choice.

Smooth experience with minor feedback
I had a relatively smooth experience compared to other places and would recommend it. However, I wish the bidding process was more transparent and open, as only the final bid was shown.

Professional and supportive service
I had a small accident claim that was still open and thought no one would take the car in that condition. The Cars24 team handled everything professionally, coordinating with the insurance company and guiding me on the needed papers. Ms. Preethi from the Chennai team stayed in touch throughout and even answered calls on Saturday. It was a great experience for me at Cars24.

Detailed and Informative Inspection Experience
What surprised me most was how educational the inspection was. The Cars24 executive walked me through the body condition scoring, engine assessment, interior wear grading, and tyre depth check, explaining exactly how each factor affected the price. I finally understood the car's true market condition and the deductions made sense because they were clearly explained. This kind of informed transaction is rare in this space.

Smooth and straightforward selling experience
There was no bargaining drama or unnecessary back and forth while selling my Toyota Etios. The entire experience was straightforward, faster than expected, and refreshingly smooth.
