Honest and Transparent Car Selling Experience

I was nervous about selling my car after two bad experiences with local dealers. Cars24 inspected my Honda City transparently, explained every deduction, and matched the price they quoted online. No last-minute cuts and no hidden charges; they communicated everything very honestly.

Honest and clear car inspection

During the 2018 Kerala floods, my Baleno had water damage which I disclosed upfront. They inspected the car carefully and explained clearly why the price was set as it was without hiding details. I appreciated their honesty and received a good price for my car.

Good selling experience

After selling my Mahindra Scorpio on Cars24, they even checked my feedback post selling my car. I was very happy with the experience.

Easy and reassuring experience

The experience was easy and confidence inspiring. I appreciated the assurance that RC would be transferred and that Cars24 would bear liability until then. Although the offered price was lower than selling directly, this reassurance was a key reason I chose Cars24.

Great experience selling my vehicle

Best experience I had while using this service. I visited other platforms first, but none provided such value and a delightful experience in selling my vehicle.

Smooth car selling experience

It was a seamless experience to sell my car, though it involved some negotiations and multiple follow-up calls from Cars24. I suggest checking the price quote before discussing with dealer exchange to get the best deal.

Best market price through auction

I sold my Tata Punch through the auction option at Cars24, and it was the best decision since I got the highest market price. I checked with other platforms and local dealers, but none matched the value offered by Cars24.

Fair price and respectful service

I thought my 2020 Honda Civic with 85,000 km would be worth almost nothing. It had a good service history and no accidents. Cars24 offered a fair amount matching the market, and the inspection was respectful. The staff made me feel dignified throughout the process.
