You can settle traffic challans issued by various state RTOs, including offences like signal jumping, over-speeding, no-parking, helmet violations, and many more.
Absolutely! Just enter your vehicle number — we’ll fetch all pending challans, and you can clear them all in one go.
Yes, you can. For certain challans, an OTP from the registered mobile number may be required. We’ll inform you upfront before you make the payment if that’s needed.
Some challans are linked directly with the official Parivahan portal or RTO systems that require OTP-based login to verify vehicle ownership. We use this OTP only to access your challan details and settle them on your behalf, this OTP is to be shared with the Cars24 customer support agent during the process to enable payment.
Yes, your privacy and security are our top priority. OTPs are used only once to clear challans & authorise payment. We do not store or misuse OTPs in any way. Everything is done over secure, encrypted connections.
Online challans may take up to 7 working days for settlement from the date of receipt of all information and documents related to the challan by Cars24 and Court challans may take up to 45 working days for settlement.
Yes, you’ll receive an official payment confirmation once your challan is cleared. You can also track the status under the “My Orders” section.
