Honda
City
Summary
The Honda City is highly regarded for its spacious and comfortable interior, smooth driving dynamics, and reliable performance. Users appreciate the refined 1.5-litre i-VTEC engine and good fuel efficiency, alongside modern features like ADAS. However, some concerns include low ground clearance leading to scraping, average city mileage, and a dated exterior design. Despite these issues, it remains a popular choice for families seeking a practical and stylish sedan.

I’ve been driving my Honda City for a few months now, and overall it’s been a great experience. The engine is smooth and responsive, and it handles both city traffic and highways well. Mileage is impressive, and the cabin feels premium for its price. However, the ground clearance could be better, as it scrapes on speed bumps sometimes, and the infotainment system feels slightly outdated. Still, it’s a stylish, comfortable, and reliable car.

I currently own a Honda City and according to me it the the best car that one can buy in 15-20 lakh budget. It is bery comfortable to drive especially the CVT variant. Overall passanger confort is very good, it feels more like a premium sedan. Handa has included ADAS level 2 feature with adds addition safety and piece of mind.

This is my first ever car that i own, 2014 manual, 3rd Owner. I learned how to drive on this; I use it daily for my office travel, just a single word, "AWESOME"! The amount of space, comfort, it's just great. I the world of fake-SUV's the city gives you Pride to own a car, it's the greatest sedan that I'm aware of.

Honda City. I had it for more than ten years (2008-2019), I think it is best vehicle that I have ever owned. Effortless pick-up, silky smooth engine, easy to drive and great mileage (~15kmpl cumulative). The only issue I faced was the low ground clearance. No major problem, it still had the original clutch when I sold it.

I personally likes my (parents) car Honda City ZX i-VTEC 20th Anniversary edition. The car does great job in having larger leg room, powerful acceleration, elegant looks (especially in foggy/misty time). I didnt felt any problem when were climbing up the mountains especially during hair-pin turns. This was great. And on the plane road like Yamuna Express highway she was easily cruising at 180kmph broad daylight without any noises you hear when driving at high speed. Aside from driving in CVT mode, the paddle shifter is what I loved the most.

My favourite Sedan car is HONDA CITY because I own it. I love it's comfort of driving, performance, overall elegance in looks and most importantly it's safety ratings and features. Good car for day-to-day usage and for some family long drives. Mileage is great if you are under 90, as soon as you cross 90, it drops to 15-16kmpl. Honda connect app is quite useful and works at most of the locations

I am a proud owner of City but truly speaking I like the Honda City. It is a really good car with a very decent engine. This is a family sedan for me. I have ample space both in front and back. I get a good mileage. The maintenance is pretty reasonable. It has ample bootspace. It is a well tested car on the indian roads.

City has a premium feel and best performance in the sedan segment. Power and performance are too excellent. I'm loving it, and the manageable maintenance costs.

I upgraded to the 2025 City , and the performance is impressive. The ADAS features provide added safety, and the mileage is outstanding. Worth the investment for tech enthusiasts.

I have driven it extensively and love how agile it feels in city traffic while remaining smooth and stable on highways. It may Not have the latest tech features, but it offers just eNough for a great ride. What stands out most is the comfort especially during family trips, where everyone has ample space. The City delivers a refined, enjoyable driving experience that's hard to match in its segment.

I love Honda City. I own Honda City i-DTEC. The i-DTEC diesel is kNown for excellent fuel ecoNomy, which makes it ecoNomical for long commutes. Honda's reputation for durability and relatively low maintenance issues can make ownership feel worry-free over the long term. The City car ride has good comfort with predictable handling, making it a good choice for city traffic and highways as well.

best due to its reliability, comfort and practical nature. Honda has given my father trouble free experiences with 1st gen Amaze (sold after clocking 2L KM in about 8 years) and 2nd Gen Amaze (still running solid at 1.8L KM). My own City has crossed 70k mark in 3 years with No troubles (except for a bad front glass replacement leading to development of rust below the top rubber liner due to moisture ingress). Last year, I took City up to Harsil valley in Uttarakhand with ease after upgrading the tires to UC 6 in Rishikesh. Memorable drive. Each time I take the wheel, I am certain that I will reach my destination without hiccup. The feeling of security is unmatched.

I seriously love the Honda city 5th gen. And after owning one, I just fell in love with the car even more. The refinement, the power, the tuneability of the car is out of this world. I genuinely feel people don't give Honda city the respect it deserves in terms of performance

Frankly, in my range and my preferences, I have bought my favorite one recently which is a 5th Gen Honda City eHEV. Power, Efficiency, Elegance and the fun of the driving a Sedan, all together with the Honda trust. For me, the perfect mix.
