My favorite car in India is the 2018 Maruti Suzuki Swift. It offers a perfect blend of style, performance, and practicality. The sporty design, efficient 1.2L engine, and excellent fuel ecoNomy (22-23 km/l) make it a great choice for city driving. The cabin is spacious, the tech features are modern, and with Maruti's reliable service network, it's easy to maintain. Overall, it's a fun, affordable, and hassle-free car. Though it is Now upgraded to new model but the DNA remains the same. I wish maruti could continue with the 4 cylinder engine

After 10 years of use, car is still in condition and doesn't require any major maintenance or expenses. Car pickup and smoothness is still top notch

The type 1 swift vdi becuase it is my firstcar and my dailydrive. i love the fact it has only 75bhp yes its slow according to our current car numbers but its like i can almost floor it everytime i want to. it pickups speed but not too much giving the much feels i want. And it is very punchy. And the turbo kicks in 2500 to spool up to 3000 rpm and boom it just pulls you. Just giving what you want to feel and to have little fun. And the car is stable around 155 (top end) corners not too bad all around pretty good dynamics. Its easy in traffic to use and in ghat areas becuase of its torque and pulls with full luggage and onboard members regarding their weight. The only drawback is it takes time to spool up so you have to drive it with certain calculation and decisions to drive it effortlessly. The car is pretty reliable doesnt given me much trouble perfect for a persons firstcar and helps you to understand and learn about basic knowledge about cars and mechanics and simple diys perfect for starters car.

It's my first car and has been a big part of my life. I've done a few small modifications to make it truly mine, and it still makes me smile every time I drive it. The Swift has been with me through many memories it's given me my love and later carried my children too. It's reliable, fun, and feels like family Now.

Unlike many small hatchbacks, the Maruti Swift has a lively feel on the road. The steering is light, the engine feels peppy and the mileage is pretty good. Inside, the space is decent for four people, and it is easy to drive in tight traffic. A simple, fun and reliable car for daily Indian life.

Maruti Suzuki Swift ZDI is my favorite car. The sporty design and peppy performance makes it a fun car to drive. It is economical and has low maintainance costs which is best suited for my daily commute in the city. Also the compact size and spacious cabin ensure a comfortable driving experience.

Swift really gives you the best of both worlds. My 2015 petrol swift with the 1.2 k-series vvti engine is as reliable as is it fun to drive. Work the gears a bit and it will close all gaps in the city streets in a blink of an eye due to it's good low-to-mid end torque, but maintain a steady 100 on the highway and it sips petrol, giving you 16-17kmpl on the odometer with the AC on! Basic but sufficient features for the price that you get them for. The only complain has always been for the build quality, and the NVH levels. But swapping my stock bridgestone tyres to Yokohama Earth 1s was a worthy decision - lesser road noise, better grip and handling. All in all, go for the Swift if you want a car that is easy on the pocket but gives you the thrill when you ask for it!

I like the Maruti Swift because it's a perfect family car for a middle-class family of four. It's easy to maintain, has good resale value and its service and parts are economical.

Punchy diesel, great mileage, light steering and fun to drive. Cabin space was decent and service cost always stayed low.

I like maruti swift car the most as its cheap, easily movable in small places and go to car for my city needs. Service is also good and available in most of the cities in india.

Maruti Suzuki swift my old car still worked best with minmal maintainence and mainly maintanence at local garages instead of always going to the showroom

The swift gives smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable driving experience. Best part is overall mileage is good now.

Hmm, this is a tough question. I guess I have not driven a big variety of cars to have an educated favourite, but my swift 2018 zxi + petrol is my current favourite. I also have for long journeys driven duster diesel and nexon petrol, but the fun that the swift gives, i just cannot describe. The sound it makes when i rev it, the pickup, the stability and the sheer thrill is something i havent experienced in other cars that i have driven.

Considering my requirements, this Swift iis a very good option for me and also for the Indian roads. Plus with the service availability of Maruti Suzuki pan India.

This is 14 years old Car, but looks like new. Good performance and feel bulky and heavier than new Swift. Giving 13-14 KMPL average in city and 18+ on Highways. However lacking few new features, those were not there that time.

Hello Dear! Since I am using swift for a long time and I enjoyed it a lot as it is very spacious car with budget friendly also , it gives me a mileage of 22 kmpl which is very good overall the comfort, space, look , designs are good according to this price point. Although it is a good car for lower budget persons but u have to compromise with its build quality.
