TATA NEXON EV 45 It has 45 kWh battery which gives good range of 300+kms, good power with 145 hp & 215 Nm, superb automatic with paddle shifter for regen setting, 5 star safety with good suspension and most importantly it is affordable. Other important features includes very good infotainment system, cruise control, ventilated seats, sunroof, 360 cameras and it also has ADAS now. It has three driving modes and caters all conditions like city traffic, highways and hills. I found most advantage in hills, because of linear power generation, auto hold option and regen settings. It has impressive Sports Mode, instant torque delivery and sharp throttle response make it fun to drive and very easy overtaking.

I choose Nexon EV because it strikes a rare and useful balance between real-world safety, everyday practicality, and value, all delivered by an Indian manufacturer that has made safety and product substance a clear priority. First and foremost, the Nexon brought measurable change to the Indian market by raising the safety bar for compact SUVs; its crash performance and subsequent safety updates make it one of the most credible choices for family transport. That commitment to occupant protection and structural integrity is something I value highly when recommending or buying a car. Beyond safety, the Nexon is genuinely practical...compact exterior dimensions for city use, a roomy cabin for occupants, and a sensible luggage area for weekend trips. The driving package (ride comfort, predictable handling and NVH levels) makes it comfortable for daily commuting while still being composed on longer drives & qualities I look for in a primary vehicle

Why Nexon? Safety-first package Tata's recent products place visible emphasis on structural integrity and occupant protection, which matters to me as a family-oriented owner. Practical compact-SUV footprint: It's easy to live with in city traffic, yet confident on highways good ground clearance, usable boot space and rear seat comfort make it a genuinely versatile daily driver. Balanced ride and dynamics: The chassis and suspension deliver a comfortable ride over Indian road surfaces without feeling vague; the steering and stability inspire confidence during sustained runs. Feature-rich and well-priced: The Nexon offers a modern feature set and connected-car conveniences for the price, giving good value without sacrificing substance.

I admire this car because it represents a perfect combination of performance, safety, and sustainability in the Indian automotive market. The Nexon EV has been designed keeping in mind the challenges of Indian roads, offering a comfortable ride, excellent build quality, and advanced safety features such as dual airbags, ABS, and electronic stability control. Its electric powertrain provides instant torque, smooth acceleration, and zero emissions, which is a significant step towards promoting environmentally friendly mobility in India. I also appreciate Tata Motors' continuous updates and improvements in battery technology and connected features, which make the Nexon EV a truly modern and practical choice for urban and semi-urban users. Overall, I find this car inspiring because it shows how Indian manufacturers can innovate and produce high-quality, safe, and eco-friendly vehicles that compete on a global level.

I think the Nexon EV is my favourite car in India right now. I think Tata really revamped their lineups with their Bolt and Zest, making it India friendly with higher ground clearance while delivering sporty performance. They continued innovating with the first SUV EV in the market. What really attracted me was that it was one of the first cars with a five-star safety rating, a thing which most other companies were not focusing on. In a country like India with such a high rate of accidents, we need even more safety compared to the Western world. Overall, with a real world range of more than 300 km, and world-class features for the price, it is a no-brainer for me, and their numbers reflect that.

Of all the cars on sale in India today, my favourite is the Tata Nexon EV Long Range. It marks a significant milestone in India's electric mobility journeyNot just as a product but as a statement. It brings practical range, local manufacturing, and wide acceptability to a mass market that had limited EV options. The Nexon EV strikes the right balance between affordability, usability, and inNovation. I especially appreciate its regenerative braking system, robust build, and growing service ecosystem. While premium EVs are impressive, the Nexon EV proves that Indian manufacturers can lead from the front in clean mobility. It also serves as a benchmark for understanding user expectations, which is valuable for me in designing user experiences at 2Charge EV.

One of the standout cars currently on sale in India is the Tata Nexon EV (specifically the facelifted 2023-24 version) Tata Nexon EV holds the distinction of being India’s first truly mass-market electric vehicle (EV) that worked — not just in terms of engineering, but in market acceptance. It’s not a compliance car; it’s a serious mobility solution that’s been road-tested across geographies, income segments, and mindsets. With over 50,000+ units sold, it has democratized EV ownership in a way no one anticipated five years ago. Significance: For a nation grappling with air quality concerns and import dependence for fossil fuels, the Nexon EV is a vanguard. Leadership: Tata Motors owns over 70% of the Indian EV market, thanks largely to the Nexon EV.

For city use, the Tata Nexon EV actually makes everyday driving peaceful. No engine Noise, instant pickup at signals, and the running cost feels almost Nothing compared to petrol. The cabin has good space for a family, and even the boot is decent for weekend luggage. Real-world range depends on driving style and weather, sometimes it drops quicker on highways, but for Normal city usage it’s more than eNough.

Tata Nexon EV. I wouldn't say Tata is the Pioneer for EVs in India, but they certainly took a big leadership role in the EV revolution in India. The car is really awesome, keeping in mind that it is their first iteration. Yes, service is a bit of an issue, but then again, the Nexon EV requires fewer visits to the service centre.
