Volkswagen Tiguan, coming from a mechanical engineering background and having worked with the VW Group, I truly admire its solid build, refined performance, and precise German engineering. The 2.0 TDI diesel engine paired with the DSG gearbox offers an excellent balance of torque, efficiency, and reliability. It feels planted and confidence-inspiring on highways, while maintaining a premium and understated design a perfect blend of practicality and driving pleasure.

Volkswagen Tiguan R-line strikes the perfect balance between understated elegance, solid German engineering, and driving dynamics that are hard to match in its segment. The 2.0 TSI engine delivers refined power with a strong mid-range punch, making highway drives a delight, while the DSG gearbox ensures seamless performance. What truly sets the Tiguan apart is its build quality everything feels premium and built to last. Unlike many feature-laden but gimmicky competitors, the Tiguan offers purposeful tech, mature design, and top-tier safety, making it an ideal choice for enthusiasts who value substance over flash.

Currently, the Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line is my favorite among all the cars sold in India. For Indian driving conditions, I believe it offers the right mix of performance and comfort (especially with DCC) for long drives. Driving dynamics, performance and practicality are key criteria in how I evaluate any vehicle, largely because I learned to drive in my father's Ford Fiesta, a car that set a high benchmark with its exceptional handling. Interestingly, the engine in Tiguan is a detuned version of the one in my current daily driver-Golf GTI, and I am convinced that performance is more than sufficient for Indian roads. Overall, the Tiguan R-Line is a perfect choice for a one-car garage in India.

I genuinely think the VW Tiguan R Line is my favourite right now because after owning the Taigun for 3 years and driving over 75,000KMs I have experiences german craftmanship. I took a testdrive of the Tiguan R Line and it got a smile on my face, the driving dynamics, the build quality and the overall experience in the car was fantastic. The interiors of the car felt plush and well built, the alcantara seats are just amazing (loved it from the Octavia RS).

To be honest my pick would be Volkswagen Tiguan 2024. I've seen the car online launched in European markets and I kept on going through the updates about the India launch. After a long wait, finally it launched. I still remember seeing the car first time in person, I flew to Hyderabad specifically to see it and love at sight. I planned everything for purchase but got a hiccup in between and it got delayed sorting things out. But the motivation kept me on my toes to work harder and everything is sorted, booking done on 24-12-23, got the delivery on 09-01-24. That was the car stole my heart back in 2021. But I had to wait for financials to sort out, worth the wait. Drove 500 km and it turned out to be the best car in the segment

Recently had the opportunity to drive the petrol variant, and I was thoroughly impressed. The car's build quality, driving dynamics, and sophisticated design are unmatched in its segment. The engine's smooth power delivery and the refined handling make it an absolute joy to drive, whether in city traffic or on the highway. It embodies Volkswagens commitment to German engineering and offers a premium experience without being ostentatious. It s a car that provides me the crafitability feeling of German Engineers

Volkswagen Tiguan is not the flashiest SUV out there, but what I really like is how solid and understated it feels. The design is clean, mature and European, no unnecessary chrome or gimmicks which makes it stand out in its own subtle way. What I appreciate most about the Tiguan is the way it drives. The 2.0 TSI engine and DSG gearbox make it genuinely fun behind the wheel, and at the same time it feels very comfortable on highways. The handling is tight and confidence inspiring, something that's hard to find in many SUVs at this price point. The interiors also have that typical Volkswagen feel is simple, functional, and built to last. It may not have the massive screens or features some rivals advertise, but the quality of materials and the way everything is put together gives a lot of confidence. Add to that the all-wheel drive, which makes it capable enough for rough roads or bad weather, and you get a very well-rounded package. For me, the Tiguan represents a car that's practical for daily use, enjoyable on long drives, and well built without being loud .

Feels premium the moment you step in. Sharp handling, punchy turbo, and that classic German build quality. Not flashy, just solid and refined. A proper drivers SUV with everyday comfort.

I personally like the Volkswagen Tiguan R line because it is imported from Germany and has a solid build unlike the India 2.0 cars manufactured in India. It also has plenty of power which makes it fast. Wonderful car by Volkswagen

This is a hard question, not many cars in current market sparks my curiosity. I love VW tiguan R line. Definitely over priced but it have enough power, convenience of SUV and drivability of a sedan. Comes with the tried and tested 2.0L tsi. Perfect family wagon.

VW Tiguan R line. I like the design and also it's the perfect balance between comfort, driving pleasure and the asking price (albeit pricier compared to the previous generation).
