If there’s one car that I’ve admired for years not just for how it looks, but for what it represents, it’s the Mahindra Scorpio. Ever since it was launched back in 2002, the Scorpio has stood out. It wasn’t just another SUV; it felt tough, rugged, and made for India. At a time when most cars felt either too soft for our roads or too expensive to dream of, Mahindra gave us something different ,a proper, go-anywhere vehicle that could take on Indian roads without breaking a sweat. What I really respect about the Scorpio is how it’s stayed true to its identity over the years. It’s evolved, sure, the styling, features, engine tech, everything has gotten better; but it’s never tried to become something it’s not. It has always been that bold, no-nonsense SUV that people from cities, small towns, hills, and highways have trusted. One thing that’s always impressed me is its engine reliability. Whether it was the earlier versions or the newer mHawk engines, the Scorpio just keeps going. You get in, fire it up, and it’s ready with no fuss, no drama. There’s a sense of dependability that you don’t find in many cars today. Yes, early models had their flaws the body roll in particul

The Scorpio Classic's rugged and bold design is a real head-turner. Its muscular body, prominent front grille, and high ground clearance give it an imposing presence on the road. The classic design appeals to those who appreciate the traditional SUV look. It's best SUV in its price segment. Price, performance, look, comfort everything is top notch in this price

Mahindra Scorpio; a car that has given japs a run for their money. With well over a decade of unbroken production and innovation, Scorpio is testament to the fact that Indian manufacturers too can make a world class product that can be rugged and reliable while offering all the possible creature comforts.

It's the Mahindra Scorpio Classic. My dad bought a scorpio T3 (Top -1 variant) in 2006. It was a beast of a machine which made me fall in love with cars. We had it till 2011. I never got to drive it since I was 16 when we sold it. Then we got the Xylo E8 which was the first ever car that I drive and I always heard from my dad that the scorpio was a much better car from a driver standpoint. 4 years down, in 2015, My dad bought another scorpio the S8 this time and this car was when I first got hands on a Scorpio and I drove it for over 110000 kms in 7 years. My dad sold this scorpio and bought a hycross. This is when I started missing the raw brute power of a scorpio and I booked Scorpio S11 for myself. It doesn't suit my corporate appearance, but who cares ? The roads of Gurgaon need do be maneuvered with this beast and moreover it's simple mechanics, no frills, no electronics beyond necessary and no sensors on the exterior apart from the reverse parking sensors. This make it the best car for this country.
