We’ve been using the Innova Crysta in our family for almost 4 years now. It’s hands down one of the most comfortable MPVs, especially for long journeys. The suspension is soft, the seats are wide and supportive, and there’s ample legroom even in the third row. Maintenance has been minimal and Toyota’s reliability is unmatched.

The car also has great engine reliability with tons of reports saying that the vehicle tan 3-4 lakh kilometres without a single issue which hence proves why toyotoa is still good in making their engines more reliable. Even though the crysta is an MPV it doesn't feel basic it feels more luxurious Innova crysta still has got resale value which dominates other vehicles which come under this segment
