I did not had to go to the RTO for a single time

The RC transfer was really very quick i’ll be honest, i did not had to go to the RTO for a single time also , everything was managed by the Cars24 team i had to follow up once but the team responded, i was expecting some delays but the team delivered everything in time and that matters.

Pricing was honest, not inflated

At first i was confused seeing the price change after inspection, but once they explained the condition factors, it made sense i would rather have a realistic price with clarity the final amount i was offered was good and sold my car to Cars24. Overall, felt trustworthy.

What i liked was that support didn’t stop after the car was picked up i had a few questions later about RC transfer and every time i reached out to the Cars24 team i got a proper response. That kind of follow up really matters, It made the experience better overall.

I usually avoid anything with paperwork, so i was expecting a headache but most of it was handled online and pretty smoothly i did have a couple of doubts, and support helped me out. It wasn’t perfect, but much easier than offline selling saved me a lot of time.

Smooth experience even with my busy schedule

I usually don't get spare time from my business,although i had been thinking to sell my car since a long time but it was difficult to meet so many buyers and get into that process, my nephew suggested me about Cars24 , when i booked the slot over my phone they came straight to my door step at the time what i suggested late evening , inspection done , report , price , final amount transfer details everything was shared on my phone throughout the process it was very convenient.
