This is first time I visited to Cars24 to sell my car. Overall very nice experience. The process from car inspection until you get your best price is very smooth and interactive. You get to know status for each event occur during sell process starting from inspection until you sell your car and get money instantly transfer to your account. I got best price in second auction run by Cars24. I am happy to get closer to my quoted price. Now I don’t even need to worry about car transfer as everything is taken care by Cars24 within 1 hour and 30 mins. Thanks for providing best service.

Although with my vehicle condition , my expectations are to get around 5 lakhs, still the experience was great and I am satisfied. The experience with Sheikh was great as he only could convince me to complete the deal.

It was a great experience with Cars24 . Beyond my imagination . I sold my car Swift Dezire VXI on 24 August 2019 in Rajarhat office of Cars 24 in Kolkata , Kms driven 82000 , delivery date 8th August 2013 . After auction I was offered expected price . They held up Rs 10000 for name transfer . I was a bit sceptical about it initially . According to Cars24 they keep this money with them because many owners don't turn up in the RTO office for signature . I was given 4 months to 6 months time for name transfer . But to my utter surprise I found the car was transferred to the next owners name on 10 th December 2019 which can be verified in Vahan site . On informing the sales department they released Rs 10000 on the very next day after verification over phone . Everything was so smooth . I didn't have to bother for anything .
