I recently sold my 19 year old Hyundai Accent GVS to Cars24 and was quite happy with the professional setup they had. Before approaching Cars24, I showed around our family car to various brokers in and around the city and received a quote of 45k-55k from each of them. While they promised instant cash / bank settlement, they did not give me a feeling of reassurance when I asked them about the transfer to the end-buyer and the indemnity in the period between my selling it and the end-buyer buying it and who would be responsible if there is a mishap or an accident. I then called up Cars24 They took my car in and got it examined on 16th of May 2021 (morning) and by evening, I had a quote of 43k minus Cars 24 Fees of a 1000 odd rupees. A bit lower than the ballpark - but not a big deal. The fact that they would provide me with legal paper citing the Date and Time of Sale and also an undertaking that they would be responsible for any and all incidents with the car after the Date and Time of Sale made me quite satisfied I made an appointment on the 16th of May I transferred the car to them physically on the 18th of May. The money was transferred into the bank account of my mother (the registered owner) at the exact same time. I got all the papers relating to the sale and the undertaking as I left their offices on the 18th of May The RC transfer was completed on the 24th of July. I kept getting updates by SMS each time I interacted with them- for the appointment, when the sale was finalized, when the sale was completed and when the RC was transferred. Pretty good customer service. Couldnt have asked for a more professional deal. Would highly recommend them.

Very nice experience. People are very knowledgeable and guide us properly about the whole process. It is totally process driven company. I really like it very much. They have informed number of times and I have a clear idea about the company and their process.

I have to honestly put it that selling an old car has been never being such a wonderful experience. All the claims made by Cars 24 appears true to the fact specifically the courteous handling by their professional team. Single visit, and instant payment which helps the seller to settle hassle free transaction. During this pandemic conditions what else one can expect. I rate it 5 star. Hope the same kind of experience would have been made as SOP while buying. Maintain it Cars 24 if you want to be a leader in the business.
