The name Toyota instantly brings a smile to anyone who owns or has travelled in a car from the iconic brand. Bringing everything to the party, including comfort, reliability, power, performance, and affordability, Toyota is a car manufacturer that deserves all the praise it gets. Just like the Belta, the Rumion will be based on a Maruti Suzuki product. In this case, the donor car will be the Ertiga MPV.
The new model will have the same 1.5-litre K-series petrol engine that powers the donor model. Also, it will have similar features and even look almost exactly the same. However, it could be slightly lower priced and offer a better warranty. Also, like the Ertiga, the Rumion will be available with mild-hybrid technology and an optional CNG kit.
