Before Cars24, Rajat led logistics work at Bira 91 and handled operations, projects, and supply chain execution at HPCL. These roles gave him a strong foundation in moving fast without losing sight of detail, reliability, or scale.

He completed his MBA from Indian School of Business, where he was a Dean's Medalist, and holds a BTech from Delhi Technological University, where he graduated as a Gold Medalist. He also previously co-founded Know-edge, an engineering education initiative.
