The 2026 MG Hector has received a mid-cycle facelift, with updates extending to both the exterior and the features list. It continues to be powered by the familiar 1.5L turbo petrol engine, producing 143PS of power and 250Nm of torque, which can be paired with either a 6-speed manual or CVT gearbox. The Hector diesel variant is expected to launch next year.

According to the carmaker, i-SMART services are free for one year from the delivery date, with 2GB of data per month. Once the monthly data is used, customers need to recharge to continue using data-based features.

The Smart Pro is available in Glaze Red, White Pearl, Starry Black, and Aurora Silver, giving buyers a wider choice of colours.

The 2026 MG Hector starts at Rs 11.99 lakh, making the base trim about Rs 2.5 lakh more affordable than before. The top-end variant is priced at Rs 19.49 lakh, roughly Rs 1 lakh lower than its predecessor.
