The 2026 Skoda Kushaq facelift has been unveiled in India, bringing a fresh look, new features, and a segment-first gearbox option. It is available in five variants: Classic Plus, Signature, Sportline, Prestige, and the popular Monte Carlo.
This midsize SUV will continue to compete head-on with rivals like the Hyundai Creta, Volkswagen Taigun, Tata Sierra, Kia Seltos, and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara.

2026 Skoda Kushaq facelift exterior

The new Kushaq facelift now features a redesigned front grille with chrome ribs and an illuminated light band, complemented by all-new LED headlights and LED fog lamps. At the rear, it sports connected taillights with sequential turn indicators along with illuminated Skoda lettering.
From the side, clean lines run along the body, highlighted by cladding around the wheel arches and sills. The Classic Plus and Signature trims ride on 16-inch alloy wheels, while the Sportline, Prestige, and Monte Carlo variants come with 17-inch wheels.
Skoda Kushaq colour options
2026 Skoda Kushaq facelift colour options include a mix of familiar and new shades. The SUV gets three new paint jobs – Shimla Green, Steel Grey, and Cherry Red. While keeping favourites like Candy White, Carbon Steel, Brilliant Silver, Lava Blue, and Deep Black.

New Skoda Kushaq facelift interior and features
The Skoda Kushaq facelift doesn’t bring drastic changes to the interior, but there are subtle updates, mainly in colour schemes and finishes. It now comes with Climatronic Auto AC as standard. The electric sunroof is available from the base variant as a single pane. While higher trims get a larger panoramic sunroof.

The cockpit has been fully upgraded to digital. Higher variants feature a 10.25-inch digital display, while mid-level trims get an 8-inch screen. The infotainment system includes a 10.1-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The cabin also offers dual colour ambient lighting, six-way electric seats with ventilation for the driver and front passenger, six speakers with a subwoofer, auto-dimming IRVMs, rain-sensing wipers, a rear wiper, and rear defoggers, among others.
Safety remains a key focus. All variants come with over 25 active and passive safety features, including six airbags, while higher trims offer more than 40 safety features.
2026 Skoda Kushaq facelift engine
The 2026 Skoda Kushaq continues to use its tried-and-tested 1.0L TSI engine, which comes standard across all trims. The familiar 1.5 TSI engine is reserved for the higher-end Prestige and Monte Carlo trims.

What’s interesting to note are the gearbox options across the engines. The 1.0 TSI engine comes with the segment-first 8-speed torque converter automatic, and it can also be paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The 7-speed DSG is reserved exclusively for the 1.5 TSI engine.
New Skoda Kushaq facelift warranty
The new Kushaq comes with a four-year or 1,00,000 km warranty, whichever comes first. It also includes four years of roadside assistance. The package offers four free labour services within the first two years or 30,000 km. The warranty can be extended by two more years bringing total coverage to six years, along with a six-year corrosion warranty and a three-year paint warranty.
