Keep reading for a more detailed look at the Tata Sierra features, design, engine, and more.

2026 Tata Sierra design — Familiar yet not!

Tata Sierra

The new Tata Sierra brings back the much-loved Sierra name, but with a fresh and modern look. It still keeps its classic boxy shape, which fans will instantly recognise. At the front it gets sharp LED headlamps and a stylish full-width LED light bar right under the bonnet. The grille is smaller and cleaner than what you usually see on big SUVs. You also get rectangular fog lamps, tough looking black bumper, and silver-finish skid plates.

From the side, the Sierra gets Curvv-style door handles and proudly brings back the Alpine Window design from the original model. At the back, the new Sierra exterior looks upright and the taillights also get a full-width LED strip. Other attention seeking details include sporty roof rails, big 19-inch alloy wheels, and a neat hood spoiler.

New Tata Sierra colour options

The 2026 Tata Sierra colour options range from light to deep, bold shades. You get Bengal Rouge in red, Coorg Clouds (silver), Mintal Grey, Andaman Adventure (yellow), Munnar Mist (green), and Pristine White.

The Tata Sierra interior features Tata’s first three-screen dashboard layout, giving separate displays for the driver, infotainment system, and the passenger. The setup might remind you of the Mahindra XEV 9e, but Tata calls its version TheatrePro.

The Sierra ICE features list is long. You get a four-spoke steering wheel with Tata’s illuminated logo, head up display, dual-zone climate control, powered front seats, touch panel for AC functions, ambient lighting, wireless charger, and 12-speaker JBL Black audio system with Dolby Atmos and a SonicShaft soundbar. It also offers ventilated front seats and a panoramic glass roof.

Safety equipment includes six airbags as standard, cruise control, parking sensors, ISOFIX mounts, ESC, ABS, hill hold assist, traction control, TPMS, 360-degree camera, and more to mention. It features a level 2 ADAS suite with 22 features, including the segment-first intelligent speed assist, a standard electronic parking brake, overspeed alert, and others.
