Outline

Honda has revised the prices of the Amaze, and this is not the first time in recent months. Back in January 2025, Honda had already raised the price of the Amaze, while keeping the top-spec ZX CVT untouched. The S CVT of the 2nd-gen was also left unchanged at the time. Now, Honda has once again made adjustments across both generations, and interestingly, the same two trims that escaped the January hike remain unchanged this time too.

ZX MTRs 9,21,590Rs 9,25,190+3,600
ZX CVTRs 9,99,900Rs 9,99,900No change

The new-generation Honda Amaze now starts at Rs 7,51,390 for the base V MT trim, up from Rs 7,47,790. Every variant except the top-spec ZX CVT has seen a uniform hike of Rs 3,600. So the V CVT moves to Rs 8,65,690, the VX MT to Rs 8,51,990, the VX CVT to Rs 9,25,190, and the ZX MT also to Rs 9,25,190. The ZX CVT, which is the only fully automatic top-spec option in the lineup, stays at Rs 9,99,900, unchanged.

This is a consistent pattern. In January 2025, when Honda had revised Amaze prices by up to Rs 6,990, the ZX CVT was again the only trim left untouched. It appears Honda is keeping the flagship CVT variant at a psychologically significant sub-Rs 10 lakh price point to maintain its appeal in the segment.

The older 2nd gen Honda Amaze is still on sale alongside the new model. It is available in a single S variant with both manual and CVT options. The S MT is now priced at Rs 6,97,700, up from Rs 5,99,000. That is a jump of nearly Rs 99,000, making the entry price much higher than before. The S CVT remains unchanged at Rs 7,79,800.
