Hyundai has launched the new Lounge Edition for the Creta, Alcazar and Creta Electric. These editions comes with a new 29.46 cm (11.6-inch) Rear Seat Entertainment System (RSE), lounge-style interiors and exclusive exterior updates.

 

What is Hyundai's new Rear Seat Entertainment System

 

The new 11.6-inch) Rear Seat Entertainment System supports OTT streaming, play games and mirror content from their phones on the large screen. The system uses the existing BOSE Premium Sound system with eight speakers, a front centre speaker and a subwoofer.

 

Hyundai Creta Lounge Edition — Features and price

 

Hyundai Lounge Edition

 

The Hyundai Creta Lounge Edition is based on the King trim and is available with the 1.5-litre MPi petrol iVT and 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel AT engines. It gets a new Golden Bronze colour, black exterior elements, including the skid plates, side sill garnish, roof rails, rear spoiler, C-pillar garnish and ORVMs. The SUV rides on 18-inch matte black alloy wheels.

 

Inside, the Creta gets silver inserts, Moonwhite ambient lighting and a new lounge seat pattern. The rear headrest cushions also carry Lounge branding.

Hyundai Alcazar Lounge Edition — Five-seat layout and panoramic sunroof

 

The Hyundai Alcazar Lounge Edition is based on the Signature trim and is offered only with the 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel AT. It gets a five-seat layout, with more focus on rear-seat comfort. Unlike the Creta, it also gets a voice-enabled smart panoramic sunroof. Other updates include the Golden Bronze colour, black exterior elements and 18-inch black alloy wheels. The cabin gets the 11.6-inch RSE screen, silver inserts, Moonwhite ambient lighting and Lounge-branded rear headrest cushions.

Hyundai Creta Electric Lounge Edition  

 

The Hyundai Creta Electric Lounge Edition is based on the Excellence Long Range variant and is available with an optional home charger. It gets the same Golden Bronze colour and black exterior treatment as the other Lounge Edition models, but uses 17-inch black aero alloy wheels.

 

The cabin gets the RSE screen, silver inserts, Moonwhite ambient lighting and Lounge-branded seats. It also adds a dashcam and rear wireless charger, which are not listed for the Creta and Alcazar Lounge Editions. Prices are as follows, ex-showroom:
