Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has announced its sales performance for July 2025, recording total sales of 60,073 units, which includes 43,973 domestic units and 16,100 export units.

Hyundai July 2025 sales report
Registering a slight dip compared to June 2025 sales, Hyundai registered 43,973 unit sales in the domestic market and 16,100 unit sales in exports. Following high popularity, SUVs contributed a record 71.8% to Hyundai’s monthly domestic sales, the highest-ever share since the company’s inception. Leading this performance is the Hyundai Creta, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year with over 1.2 million customers in India since its launch in 2015.

Hyundai’s response on July 2025 sales
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director and COO, HMIL, said: “As we celebrate the incredible 10-year journey of Hyundai CRETA in India, we are proud to see it setting new benchmarks in comfort, convenience, and performance, thereby holding on to the best-selling SUV crown in the mid-SUV segment every year since its launch in 2015. In the January–July 2025 period too, Hyundai CRETA has further fortified its leadership position among SUVs.”

Acknowledging the recent softness in the auto market, Mr. Garg expressed optimism about upcoming months, highlighting the onset of the festive season, robust supply chains, and exciting new product offerings. He also emphasised Hyundai’s commitment to delivering value and innovation to customers and mentioned the upcoming state-of-the-art facility at Talegaon, which will bolster the company’s future adaptability to market dynamics.
