Kia sales June 2025 record 12.7% H1 growth — MoM takes a dip

Much like other carmakers, Kia sales showed strong traction in the first half of 2025, clocking in an impressive 12.7% growth. But the momentum didn’t quite carry through month-on-month, with a 7.57% dip being recorded. Kia sales in June 2025 — Upward growth in H1

As the first half of 2025, from January to June, draws to a close, Kia India has recorded 1,42,139 units in sales. This marks a clear rise compared to the same period last year, when sales stood at 126,137—making 2025’s figures 16,002 units higher. Adding to this solid performance, Kia export sales have also shone brightly, with 11,813 vehicles exported in H1 2025.

In May 2025, Kia racked up 22,315 units in sales, but June saw a dip of 1,690 units. When we look at the past six months’ MoM performance, June 2025 stands as the lowest sales month. The first three months — January, February, and especially March — led the pack with strong numbers, recording 25,025, 25,026, and 25,525 units respectively.

Kia India is rapidly expanding its lineup! Currently, the range includes the Kia Seltos, Sonet, Carens, Syros, EV6, EV9, and the recently launched Carens Clavis. Looking ahead, new models are on the horizon — the Carens Clavis EV, confirmed for launch on 15th July 2025, and the next-gen Seltos, expected by 2026.
