Kia Syros engine specs
The Kia Syros is offered with two engine options. The 1.0-litre turbo petrol produces 120 PS and 172 Nm, paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT. The 1.5-litre turbo diesel produces 116 PS and 250 Nm, available with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic. The Syros was launched in India in January 2026 and competes in the compact SUV space against the Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, and others.
A Rs 2,000 increase in this price range, translating to well under 0.05% on most variants, is a modest revision. The broader pattern of mid-year pricing adjustments across the industry in June 2026 has seen similar small increases from multiple brands including Hyundai and Nissan.
