

Mahindra Scorpio Classic prices hiked in July 2026 — What's changed and what hasn't

Price hikes have become a recurring trend in the Indian automotive industry this year, and Mahindra is no exception. Earlier in May 2026, the Mahindra Scorpio Classic received a price hike of up to Rs 23,500, while the entry-level variant remained unchanged. This time, however, the July 2026 revision affects the entire lineup. Mahindra Scorpio Classic prices have increased across all variants, with hikes ranging from Rs 37,000 to Rs 62,500.

The Mahindra Scorpio Classic S variants have received the first round of price revisions in July 2026. The S 7S is now Rs 37,000 more expensive, while the S 9S gets the highest hike in the S range at Rs 62,500. Following the update, Mahindra Scorpio Classic prices for these variants now range from Rs 13.36 lakh to Rs 13.83 lakh (ex-showroom).

Moving to the top-spec S11 lineup, Mahindra has applied a uniform price hike of Rs 50,000 to both the Side Facing and Captain Chair variants. As a result, both versions are now priced at Rs 17.39 lakh (ex-showroom), while continuing to offer buyers the choice of two seating layouts at the same price.

The Mahindra Scorpio Classic runs on a 2.2-litre diesel engine that puts out 132PS and 320Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. But unlike the Scorpio N, this one doesn’t come with a 4WD option, so it’s strictly rear-wheel drive.
