Mahindra Scorpio-N engine options

The Mahindra Scorpio-N is offered with two engine options — a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine with direct injection and a 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine. The petrol unit produces 203PS of power and 370Nm of peak torque with a 6-speed manual, and 380Nm with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The diesel engine is available in two states of tune. The lower-tuned engine produces 132PS of power and 300Nm of torque, and is only available with the 6-speed manual gearbox. The one with the higher tune generates 171PS of power and 370Nm of torque with the 6-speed manual, and 400Nm of torque with the 6-speed automatic transmission.
