While the upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO launch is still some time away, the teased images have already given a glimpse of its design direction. At the front, the grille has been revised and now features more lines, with the Mahindra logo prominently in the centre.

The outer part of the headlamps carries a familiar LED lighting border, similar to the 3XO, while the inner side features dual-pod projector headlamps. At the rear, the SUV appears to adopt a C-shaped LED taillight design echoing the style of Mahindra’s XEV 9s EV siblings. The XUV 3XO lettering is also sit at the back completing the updated look.

Inside, the new Mahindra 7XO cabin is expected to take cues from the XEV 9s, bringing several of its features into the XUV 7XO. The teaser already shows a two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Mahindra logo and a triple-connected screen setup at the centre.

Beyond that the upcoming XUV 7XO is likely to include a wireless charger, Harman Kardon speaker system, sunroof, cruise control, adjustable and ventilated driver seat, multiple airbags, ABS, TPMS, a 360-degree camera, blind-spot detection, ISOFIX mounts, and an auto-dimming IRVM, among others. On top of these, level 2 ADAS features are expected.

Mahindra XUV700 facelift powertrain options

We expect the current set of Mahindra XUV700 engine options to be carried over to the facelifted car. These include a 2.2-litre diesel engine paired to a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 6-speed torque converter automatic, and a 2.0-litre petrol engine paired to a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic.

Since the XUV700 facelift is likely to continue with the same set of engine and transmission options, it presents a great opportunity for the prospective buyers to save big chunks of money without having to miss out on much by choosing from a range of these certified pre-owned Mahindra XUV700 SUVs that promise to deliver an unmatched value.
