MG car sales August 2025 — Records 52.2% Y-o-Y growth

Year on year performance

JSW MG Motor India sold a total of 6,578 cars and SUVs in India in the month of August 2025. This marks an year-on-year growth of 52.2% with 4,323 units sold in August 2024.

Month on month performance

Month-on-month sales fell by 1.5%, with 100 less units sold in August against 6,678 units sold in July 2025.

MG Windsor EV sales

The Windsor EV recorded its highest-ever monthly sales of 4,511 units, making it retain its spot as the best selling MG car in India. The Windsor alone contributed to more than two-thirds of MG’s total sales in India.
