Renault India has launched the Duster Adventure Edition at a starting price of Rs 12.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The special edition was unveiled on Bastille Day, France's national day, by France's Ambassador to India, Thierry Mathou, along with Renault Group India CEO Stephane Deblaise. Unlike a regular variant update, the Adventure Edition is limited to cosmetic changes, with no updates to its features or mechanicals.
Renault Duster Adventure Edition launched — A design tribute to Leh

The Duster Adventure Edition gets exclusive Adventure graphics inspired by the SUV's rugged image. These include topographical contour lines and the geographical coordinates of Leh (34.27 N, 77.60 E). It also comes with Adventure-themed exterior embellishers and exclusive floor mats. Apart from these cosmetic additions, the SUV remains unchanged and carries the same design as the standard Duster.
The Adventure Edition continues with the same equipment list as the regular Duster, including full-LED headlamps, an electric panoramic sunroof, a powered tailgate, connected car technology through the My Renault app, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 10.1-inch openR Link touchscreen infotainment system, and 17-inch Ocean alloy wheels.
Renault Duster engine and transmission choices
The new Renault Duster engine range is split between pure petrol and hybrid setups. The smaller 1.0-litre turbo is positioned as the efficiency-focused option and comes only with a manual gearbox. The 1.3-litre turbo sits as the performance-oriented choice, offering both manual and automatic (DCT) options.
The hybrid system uses a 1.8-litre petrol engine paired with two electric motors. One motor assists in power generation, while the second handles wheel drive. The system is backed by a 1.4kWh battery. In urban conditions, the hybrid can operate in electric mode at low speeds and recovers energy through braking. Renault states that a large share of city usage can be covered without relying on the petrol engine.
