Suzuki, the Japanese carmaker, has unveiled the 2026 Maruti Across. The SUV is built on Toyota’s TNGA-K platform and draws heavily from the Toyota RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid. The Made-in-India Victoris are already being exported to international markets under the rebadged Suzuki Across name.
2026 Suzuki Across Plug-In Hybrid

The 2026 Suzuki Across builds on the model that's already been on international roads, bringing notable updates for this generation. In contrast, the previous Across relied on the older RAV4, the new version steps into the plug-in hybrid segment. It also gets subtle design changes at the front and rear, giving it a refreshed look without losing its familiar identity.
Under the hood, the Across pairs a 2.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with a 22.7 kWh battery powering two electric motors. The system drives all four wheels through Suzuki’s e-Four all-wheel-drive setup.
Together, the petrol engine and electric motors deliver a combined output of 306 PS. The SUV can travel up to 75 km on electric power alone, according to the WLTP cycle, making it practical for short trips without using fuel.
2026 Suzuki Across features

The Suzuki Across Plug-in Hybrid features a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.9-inch centre touchscreen, head-up display, dual-zone climate control, powered front seats, wireless charging, and a premium audio system, among others. Its ADAS suite includes adaptive cruise control, emergency steering support, lane assist, emergency braking, driver monitoring, and a 360-degree camera system.
Made-in-India Maruti Victoris goes international as Suzuki ‘Across’

Maruti Suzuki India began exporting its premium SUV, Victoris, on January 16, 2026. Known for its ‘Got It All’ philosophy, Victoris will reach global buyers under the name Suzuki Across. More than 450 vehicles have already left the Mundra and Pipavav ports, headed for markets around the world. The SUV is planned for more than 100 countries, with Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa as the main focus.
