My WR-V had a minor accident in 2021, front right corner got damaged, repaired at an authorized service center with original parts. I declared this upfront. The inspector verified the repair quality and said the work was clean. The deduction was 8,000 rupees from the base quote which felt reasonable given the accident history. What I appreciated was that they recognized the quality of the repair and did not penalize excessively. Fair process.

Resale value of my car was lower than expected in the market, but cars24 fairly valued my car

I had emotional value attached to my Datsun GO but the market value was lower than I expected. Cars24 team helped me with old paperwork issue without any extra hassle

My Chevrolet Beat had an old address on the insurance papers that did not match my current RC address. I thought this would be a dealbreaker. My Verna still had a bank loan on it and I was not sure how the sale would work. The entire coordination was done by their team. I did not have to run between the bank and the RTO myself. Even an Old 2020 Car Got a Decent Price at cars24

I thought my 2020 Honda Civic with 85,000 km would be worth almost nothing. It still had good service history and no accidents. Cars24 offered a decent amount which my husband said was actually fair for the age and mileage. We checked online pricing tools and it was in line with the market. The inspection was done respectfully and the staff did not make me feel like I was selling junk. Very dignified experience.

I thought there are hidden charges but it was the RTO Challan Deduction which was pending since 2022 , not a hidden Charge.

Selling to cars24 was a good decision , they were fair and professional throughout the deal. When I got my final quote there was a deduction I didn't expect , it was because a traffic challan from 2022 that I had completely forgotten about. The executive showed me the challan record on the government portal right there on his laptop. I verified it myself. It was a pending fine that had to be cleared before ownership transfer. Once I understood that, everything made sense about the price deduction. I cleared the challan and got my payment promptly.
