My car had a pending insurance claim cars24 still helped me and made things easier for me

I had a small accident claim that was still open. I thought no one will take the car in this condition. I was ready to wait months more but cars24 team handled it very professionally they spoke to the insurance company directly, told me exactly what papers I need to arrange, and coordinated everything. I just had to give the documents they asked for. I would like to thank Ms. Preethi from their Chennai team who stayed in touch throughout. She answered my calls even on saturday that kind of service I didn't expect honestly great experience for me at cars24.

I travel for work every week but they made it work without me being there, very smooth process

I had been trying to sell my baleno for almost a year but I travel so much that I could not find time to meet customers for it at the same time local buyers want you to be available all the time for calls, test drives, RTO visits so i decided to go to sell at cars24 because of the service and relaxation they provide almost everything on phone and WhatsApp. Inspection they managed when I had a free time in the morning and documents were mostly digital by the time I came back from one of my Bangalore trips, the money was already in my account very practical service for people who are busy thankyou cars24

To be honest price was my one big worry. I have heard from so many people that at the last moment the dealer says actually we found this problem and reduces the price. I was mentally prepared for that fight but luckily It didn't happen. Whatever they said during inspection, that was the final price nothing changed it was a simple thing but it made a big difference i will recommend other to sell car at cars24.

They treat there customer very well i had a very good experience

My experience cars24 was very good i sold my alto that was 8 years old. I thought they will not even bother with such an old car or give some very low price just to get rid of me,but it turned out to be that the cars24 team followed there process they evaluated it properly checked actual condition, not just the year and quoted me a fair price. They were polite throughout the process big car or small car, old or new they treated me with same respect that matters a lot.

Tried selling on my own for 1 month gave up and came to cars24

I though i would get a better deal elsewhere for my car so i started putting ad's on OLX and some other app. It was very bad experience so many random calls most of them wanted to waste time only some came for test drive then disappeared. Some offered price so low it was almost insulting. Then i decided to try on cars24 after one month my friend suggested this service. I went with low expectations but i got a very good deal and with no hassle , everything was so smooth and hassle free I wish I had done this first itself.

There was a medical situation at home and I needed cash urgently so i decided to sell my car i reached out to multiple platforms , explained my situation. but cars24 was most understanding they did tried to take the upper hand benefit on price to my car .They didn't promise anything big but they valued it right and moved quickly through the process, Inspection happened next day. Price was confirmed same evening. and once confirmed by my side the deal was closed i got the payment on the same day i don't have big words to say. Just that when I needed help, they didn't waste my time. That's enough for me.

I am not very familiar with the online selling so i kept asking same questions again and again. Mr. Karan from the cars24 team he never made me feel bad about it. He explained everything slowly what documents are needed, what will happen step by step, when I will get the money. I was worried because local dealer was giving me 1.5 lakh less. Here I got a much better price. And everything was honest, no surprise cuts at the end. Mr. Karan, if you read this thank you so much. You made an old lady feel very comfortable.

I Honestly didn't expect it to be this easy process

I was very doubtful about the second hand car platform when my friend told me to try this. I thought it will be same as other dealer but I tried anyway i booked an inspection from cars24 where they sent a person to my house itself. He checked the car, gave me the price by the evening and very surprisingly i got the same day payment also this was something very exciting to see money was deposited to my bank account I didn't have to go anywhere or call anyone 10 times. All documentation process including the RC transfer also happened seemlesly i got a message from cars24 once it was done. No tension after selling also. Very happy with the experience.

Got the NOC within 3 Days, felt secure through the RC transfer process

My biggest concern after selling was liability what if someone drives recklessly with my old car before the RC is transferred.
