Had a great experience selling my XUV 5OO through Cars24. Very courteous and well mannered staff. Clean premises. Only, if the parking space was more. The vehicle inspection, discussions, offer and the consultations was done in a smooth and efficient manner. The offered price was satisfactory and at par with market rate. On accepting the offer, the documentation took less than an hour and the amount was credited instantaneously (additional charge). The service cost charged was reasonable. Overall, a hassle free experience. Highly recommended for anyone selling their vehicle.

Excellent service. Car was inspected as soon as we reported at the branch. Staff explained the procedure clearly. After we approved, the transaction money was transferred to our account without any delay by Mr Devaraj. Could not expect a better service.
