GREAT SERVICE BY SHARIF AND LAHARI (1) At KukatPally branch: I Booked appointment. Completed Car Inspection. Got price quote then accepted. Taken 3 days time to submit Car. After that, I suffered from severe viral fever, was unable to submit car on time. Also shifted to different location in Hyd city. Was unable to drive. Requested Sharif, explained my problems. He communicated with LB Nagar branch and accepted my request to submit car at near by location LB Nagar. (2) At LB Nagar Branch: I did not check my items inside car before submitting. Just given car then left. Lahari called me the next day. She returned items which are worth Rs. 10,000+. I really appreciate the great wonderful service given by Sharif and Lahari. This is the team work. This is the Trust. Both understood customer's need. Given most excellent service. Magnificent. Ultimate professionalism. Thank you for helping me. Surely I recommend Cars24.
