I had a great experience at Cars24. It saved all my time and effort for selling a car. Sold my car in single visit. Got a very good price for my car and instant payment (Instant Happiness). I could have got a slightly better price for my car but the platform has very less scope for negotiations with the buyer with lots of terms and conditions. Also, I had received a call from Cars24 later on. Your representative did not had courtesy to ask whether "it was good time to talk". Also, even after requesting almost 4 time to to call me later, for me being easy, she was adamant to continue the call and wanted all the answers at that moment itself. All in all, it was a very good experience though, when selling your car is concerned.

Simple straightforward process. Everything was explained to me in detail and in advance (including wait times and possible outcomes) 5 stars for ease of business 4 stars for selling price

It was a very good and quick experience. Really up to the mark service by Mr Avinash at Kalyan office. Perfect explanation of whole procedure given and valuation report was also fair. Really, got best value for my car.

My experience with CARS24 is excellent. The executives at the show rooms were very friendly, polite and supportive. Especially Vysakh who handled the case and also I am very much impressed with Rahul who has done the vehicle inspection. He was also ready to share the knowledge. The front office executive Sreekutty also was impressive with the people management and the office infrastructure,s and facilities were also good. Only one negative is it was bit time consuming.But it is ok considering the work you are handling

Smooth transaction. Not sure I got the best price, but definitely smoothest transaction in selling a car. Be prepared to negotiate the initially quoted amount.
