Let me start with the hospitality it was awesome the inspection was done within one hour the persons (Prassana and Pritham from cars 24 Jayanagar branch Bangalore)did the inspection they were very knowledgable and courteous last but not the least customer service manager Mr.Mithun was very knowledgable he was aware of the current market price and his technical skills in inspecting the car was really good he told me stuffs about my car which I was not aware he was kind and courteous I really appreciate his speed in finishing the entire deal in one hour which was exceptional even the receptionist Anu was kind in welcoming me

It was a pleasant and feel good experience of visiting the Cars24 at their Velachery branch in chennai. The young and enterprising staff members were very friendly and cooperative. The entire process of evaluating the condition of the car and the online auctioning process was quite open and straight forward. One can see the various stages of the above process on a tv screen. Ms. Priya, who was in-charge of my case took pains to explain me the entire process of evaluation and online auctioning using her computer . For my 12 year old Maruti Alto car with more than 120000 kms running, I got a fairly good price beyond my expectation and the amount was immediately transferred to my bank account. The overall process took about two and half hours; it could have been faster had there not been frequent network interruptions. Overall, it was a quite happy and satisfying experience for me.

I was worried because I am selling my car which belongs to one state RTO and it is transferred to another state RTO (without Registration Number Change) and selling in the third state. But these guys aware of these kind of legal paperwork and take this very professionally.

Friendly staff, nice experience, response is good. They do good closer follow up. They try out of way to help customer. While fine sale at car 24 valuation much lower to expected price, fet happy with service
