My experience of selling my Honda City car on 26th August, 2019 was awesome. The team was very helpful. Three Suggestions are as follows: 1) Customer should be shared all the outputs of the online auction to be transparent. You are sharing only one final price which creates some doubt in the mind of the customer that he is not getting the BEST price and there is some hanky panky. This will help in transparency as claimed by CARS24 2) Liability towards the customer should be 100% (and not Rs.5 lacs) as customer expects CARS24 to take full responsibility & accountability once car has been handed over to CARS24 for sale. 3)New RC ( in the name of the new owner) should be promptly shared with the customer

Very polite and humble approach of employees, understand customer's need, provide solution, helping customer to take final decision without compelling, turn around time is also very reasonable.
