I used to think who does the auctions process benefit more, i realized it actually works in favor of the seller

cars24 has given me a very good selling experience ,I used to think auctions were only for dealers to benefit, but after selling my car through auction at cars24, I realized it actually works in favor of the seller because dealers compete to offer the best price. I got price on my car more than what i was actually expecting.

Selling my car at cars24 was a very hassle free selling experience

Its very difficult process to Sell a car, you have to meet multiple buyers and negotiating endlessly. So i chose to go for online used car platforms cars24 seemed a better option to me, in opted for the auction process and i got a good price, cars24 team handled the paperwork very efficiently. Selling car at cars24 was very smooth experience the team was very polite and humble throughout, but i was honestly worried when my RC transfer took a little longer than expected, but the cars24 team kept me updated at every step. Their support team was super responsive and helped me throughout the process. In the end, everything got resolved very smoothly. Selling my car was still far easier at cars24.

The experience for me at cars24 was extremely satisfying because all process was so smooth and hassle free taken care by the cars24 team , nevertheless my vehicle had an issue with the insurance document but i would like to thank Mr Gautam and his team from cars24 who took care of it and got that problem solved . Overall it was a great experience .I would recommend others to chose cars24 for hasle free process and the best price for your cars.
