Maruti Suzuki closed FY 2025-26 with three all-time highs in a single year. Total sales crossed 24 lakh units for the third year in a row. Domestic sales reached a new high of 18.61 lakh units, and exports climbed to 4.47 lakh units.
March 2026 also stayed strong, with 2,25,251 units sold. At the same time, the company kept expanding its network, adding 502 new service touchpoints over the year, its highest ever.

In March 2026, Maruti Suzuki’s domestic sales (PV + LCV) stood at 1,69,428 units, up 10.6% from 1,53,134 units last year. Utility vehicles led the growth with 71,356 units, a 16.8% increase. Compact cars also stayed strong at 71,789 units, up 7.3%. The Ciaz has now been discontinued, with zero units reported.
For FY 2025-26, domestic PV + LCV sales reached a record 18,61,704 units, up 3.7% year-on-year. Utility vehicles crossed 7.6 lakh units for the year, showing the continued shift towards SUVs. Exports added 4,47,774 units, taking total sales to 24,22,713 units, maintaining the 24 lakh plus mark for the third year in a row.

In March 2026, Maruti Suzuki’s total passenger vehicle production reached 2,27,942 units, up 19.2% from 1,91,180 units last year. The main push came from utility vehicles, which grew 42.2% to 1,02,622 units, reflecting strong demand and higher capacity.

The mini segment also saw a rise of 31%, though on a smaller base. Compact cars remained mostly stable with a 2% increase. The Ciaz is no longer in production, with zero units recorded in March 2026.

Maruti Suzuki exported 4,47,774 vehicles in FY 2025-26, up over 34% from 3,32,585 units last year. This is the company’s highest-ever export volume. The brand now exports to 100+ countries and holds over 48% share of India’s total passenger vehicle exports. Key models driving volumes include the Fronx, Jimny, Swift, Baleno, and Dzire.
A key highlight was the start of the e-Vitara exports, with over 25,000 units shipped to 44 countries. Maruti also expanded its global lineup, now exporting 18 models in total.

Maruti Suzuki added 502 service touchpoints in FY 2025-26, its highest ever in a single year. The total network now stands at 5,926 touchpoints across 3,000 cities and towns. This marks a steady rise from around 310 additions in FY22, showing consistent expansion over the past few years. The network includes multiple formats to cover both urban and rural areas.
The company is targeting around 8,000 touchpoints by FY 2030-31, which means a further expansion of over 33% from current levels.
