2025 Tesla Model Y price in India
The American carmaker is offering the Model Y in two powertrain options, though there is just one variant on offer for both the powertrains. Here’s a breakdown of the ex-showroom price of the car.

Tesla Model Y booking details

You can book yourself a Model Y for an initial booking amount of Rs 22,000, with another installment of Rs 3 lakh required to be paid within 7 days. Deliveries are expected to begin from the third quarter of 2025.
Tesla Model Y warranty
Tesla offers a standard vehicle warranty of 4 years or 80,000km for the vehicle, whichever comes first. The Model Y battery and drive unit warranty stands at 8 years or 1,92,000km, whichever comes first.

Tesla Model Y range, battery and performance
The India-spec Tesla Model Y is offered with two battery pack options, the capacity of which remains undisclosed at the moment. The Tesla Model Y RWD range stands at 500km (WLTP-certified) whereas the Long Range RWD range stands at 622km (WLTP-certified). Despite having a larger battery capacity, the Long Range offers faster acceleration to 100kmph at 5.6 seconds — 0.3 seconds faster than the standard RWD variant.
