The Vietnamese carmaker is also laying the groundwork for its retail network, having signed dealership agreements with 13 groups covering 32 outlets across 27 cities. And while the launch is still a little way off, some early info has slipped out—including the VinFast VF6 colour options, which will be available in six vibrant shades.

The upcoming VinFast VF6 colour options include Infinity Blanc, Crimson Red, Jet Black, Desat Silver, Zenith Grey, and Urban Mint. The design stays true to what we saw at the Bharat Mobility Auto Expo 2025—no major changes on the outside. Interested buyers can book this electric SUV with a token payment of Rs 21,000. Just head to the official VinFast India website or contact the nearest VinFast dealership—whichever works best for you.

So, what does this upcoming Vietnamese model bring to the table? The Vinfast VF6 features list is shaping up to be pretty impressive. Confirmed highlights include LED headlights and tail lights, a central touchscreen infotainment system, car connectivity, a head-up display, dual-zone AC, a powered driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, an edge-to-edge panoramic glass roof, 18-inch alloy wheels, and Level-2 ADAS. But there’s more expected. It’s likely to come with multiple speakers, a surround-view camera, multiple airbags, parking sensors, and a bunch of other practical features.

2025 Vinfast VF6 battery & range

For the Indian market, the Vinfast VF6 battery option will include a 59.6kWh pack powering a 204PS front-mounted electric motor. As for the range, that is still be under wraps. On the international market, it offers a WLTP-certified range of 480km on a single charge.

Here’s the rundown on Vinfast’s dealership plans. In a press release, the brand stated, "The initial set of dealerships will be established in key urban and emerging EV markets, including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Cochin, Bhubaneshwar, Trivandrum, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Coimbatore, Surat, Calicut, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Shimla, Agra, Jhansi, Gwalior, Vapi, Baroda and Goa."
Further, the brand also added, “These cities have been strategically selected based on their growing EV adoption, infrastructure readiness, and strong demand potential, ensuring wide accessibility and seamless customer support from the outset.” Additionally, the carmaker plans to establish 35 dealerships across India by the end of this year.

2025 Vinfast VF6 launched, delivery, and rivals

The Vinfast VF6 India launch is set for August 2025, coming right after Vinfast opens its new assembly plant in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. Deliveries are said to follow shortly after the launch. The VF6 will join a growing lineup of electric SUVs in the market, going head-to-head with models like the MG Windsor EV, Tata Curvv EV, Hyundai Creta Electric, and MG ZS EV.
