Audi India’s newly introduced extended warranty program covers vehicles up to 10 years old with mileage protection extending to 200,000 km. Customers can select 1-year or 2-year extensions with terms identical to the standard manufacturer warranty. The program is available during new car purchase or before the existing warranty expires. 24/7 nationwide roadside support

 

The 15-year roadside assistance provides round-the-clock emergency services across all National and State highways and other motorable roads within mainland India. Services include breakdown support, towing to authorised workshops, technical assistance, fuel delivery, battery boosts, tire repairs, and spare key drop-offs.

Premium assistance and digital support

 

For extended repairs exceeding 72 hours and over 100 km from the customer’s base location, Audi offers hotel accommodation or onward travel arrangements, vehicle custody, and refreshments for passengers. The program features WhatsApp-based requests, automated dealership alerts, and frequent status updates until resolution.

 

Pricing and eligibility

 

The roadside assistance packages are priced between Rs 3,999 and Rs 8,000, varying by vehicle age and coverage duration. Existing Audi owners can also upgrade their protection plans based on their car’s age and current warranty status. Pricing for the extended warranty depends on the age and mileage of the vehicle and exact pricing can be sourced from Audi dealerships. Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, emphasised: "Our relationship with customers goes far beyond the point of purchase. With this 10-year warranty and 15-year roadside assistance, we aim to provide unparalleled peace of mind and reaffirm our commitment to delivering exceptional service standards in India."
